Welcome to Mkconnect. By accessing our website and using our services to book talent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
2. Booking Services
Mkconnect acts as an intermediary between clients (you) and talent (celebrities). We facilitate the booking process but do not represent the talent exclusively unless stated otherwise. All bookings are subject to the talent's final approval and availability.
3. Payments and Deposits
A deposit is required to secure any booking. This deposit is non-refundable except where the talent cancels the engagement. The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the specific contract terms, typically prior to the event date.
4. Cancellations
Client cancellations vary by contract but typically result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If the talent cancels, a full refund of all paid monies will be issued. Mkconnect is not liable for consequential damages resulting from any cancellation.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes. Harassment of staff or talent, submission of fraudulent booking requests, or any misuse of our intellectual property will result in immediate termination of service access.
